North East England is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in the country. From craggy coastlines to rolling hills, from castles to bridges to THAT wall, there's so much to explore. I've been noting my favourite locations over the years, as well as some that are on my 'to do' list. The map below shows more than 70 of the top places to visit across the North East.
